Daisy's journey into the world of dog training began with a deeply personal challenge her first dog, Bruno, struggled with severe reactivity. Walking him was a nightmare, what should've been a peaceful part of the day often ended in chaos, tears, and exhaustion. Walks would be filled with stress, constant scanning, and sometimes even breaking up dog fights. It took a real toll on her life, leaving her overwhelmed, frustrated, and on the verge of giving up.

Desperate for change, Daisy spent hours researching dog behaviour and watching countless training videos on YouTube, trying to find anything that could help them. Through trial and error, she slowly started to turn things around. Bruno's transformation didn't happen overnight but that journey, filled with setbacks and small wins, gave her a deep understanding of what dog owners go through.

She knows first-hand how emotionally draining it is to feel like nothing is working, and how lonely it can be when you're struggling with a reactive dog, but it was because of those challenges with Bruno that Devoted K9 Training evolved.

In 2020, Daisy took things further and began her professional training career. She gained hands-on experience by shadowing an established trainer and working with a wide range of breeds, behaviours, and age groups. From overexcited puppies to anxious rescues and reactive adult dogs, she has helped countless owners gain confidence, structure, and understanding in their relationships with their dogs.

With a calm, balanced approach rooted in real-world results, Daisy's mission is simple: to build strong, lasting bonds between dogs and their owners, and to transform challenging behaviours into harmony at home and in public.
